Sir,

We, the students of your college, beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that there is no English language club in our college. We all know that English is the strongest means of verbal and written communication all over the world and we cannot do without it for a single day. We hardly find any opportunity to develop our English language skills for want of an English Language Club in this Institution. If we do not get the chance to practice communicative English, we will lag behind the outside world. So, we feel an enormous necessity to establish an English Language Club in our College.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up an English Language Club in our college immediately and oblige thereby.
